We do not offer refunds on any merchandise:
we offer store credit or exchange.
- If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it for store credit or exchange within 7 days of your delivery date. Jewelry must be unworn, with original gift box. (Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.)
- We will provide store credit for the purchase price of the jewelry, minus the shipping charges.
- Email us: firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # and reason for the return.
- If you would like a pre paid return label as opposed to shipping the item yourself, just request one in your email. We will deduct $6 from your store credit once the return is received and processed by our team.
