Great things take time. Orders are processed and shipped 3 to 7 business days after your order is placed. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. If you need an item rushed please be sure to contact us before placing your order so we can provide rush options. Some items are hand made to order, with extra production time required. Please read descriptions carefully.

Because our pieces are handcrafted, we do not offer refunds.
We offer store credit or exchange.
- If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it for store credit or exchange within 7 days of your delivery date. Excluding pieces marked final sale. Jewelry must be unworn, with original gift box. (Customers are responsible for return shipping fees)
- We will provide store credit for the purchase price of the jewelry, minus shipping costs.
- If you need to make any changes to your order such as a size change or cancelation, it must be done within 30 minutes of placing your order as our small team starts production right away. Cancelations requested after 30 minutes will be issued in store credit.
