Great things take time. Every Belladaar piece is handmade to order in Los Angeles. Please allow 7–10 business days for production before your order ships. Once your piece is finished, it will be carefully packaged and shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Need your order sooner? Please contact us before placing your order to check available rush options. While we're always happy to accommodate when possible, some pieces require additional production time and cannot be rushed. Please read each product description carefully for any item-specific production timelines.

Because our pieces are handcrafted, we do not offer refunds.
We offer store credit or exchange. 
  • If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it for store credit or exchange within 7 days of your delivery date. Excluding pieces marked final sale. Jewelry must be unworn, with original gift box. (Customers are responsible for return shipping fees)
  • We will provide store credit for the purchase price of the jewelry, minus shipping costs.
  • If you need to make any changes to your order such as a size change or cancelation, it must be done within 30 minutes of placing your order as our small team starts production right away. Cancelations requested after 30 minutes will be issued in store credit.
